CANCELLATION
by the Institute:
Whilst every effort is made to avoid changes to our programme, the Intensive Interaction Institute reserves the right to cancel any course. If this occurs for any reason, the Intensive Interaction Institute will give the earliest possible notice of cancellation. Participants (or their organisation) can choose either to have the course fee returned in full, or to have a place reserved on the next available equivalent course.
However, the Intensive Interaction Institute is unable to re-imburse travel, accommodation or staffing cover costs.

EQUIPMENT
The equipment you will need to get the most out of the workshop
You will need access to a laptop or desktop computer with Zoom installed. Although it is possible to use a smartphone or tablet, your experience of the workshop using one of these will be severely limited.
Your desktop or laptop will need to be of a recent specification capable of playing streamed Standard High Definition video.
You will also need a fast and stable broadband connection in order to get the most from the video examples used.
If you are attending from your home environment using wifi, please ensure that no-one else in the household is accessing the internet - particularly streaming video - unless you have a very fast broadband and internal network connections.
The Institute is not in a position to give refunds where any of the above is not in place.
You must ensure that the device you use to participate in this workshop has the latest security updates installed and has relevant protection.
